We want you to be happy with your purchase from P R CARTER HEATING & PLUMBING LTD. If something isn't right, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
1. Return window
You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all parts included.
2. How to start a return
- Email support@prcarterph.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack items securely and send them back within 14 days of approval.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. We refund the product price; original shipping is non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
4. Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you cover the cost of return postage. If the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover return shipping and send a prepaid label.
5. Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives faulty or is damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days with photos. You are entitled to a free replacement or full refund, including shipping.
6. Exclusions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Score notebooks that have been written in or had their seal/shrink-wrap opened.
- Items that have been used, assembled, washed or are not in resaleable condition.
- Products returned without their original packaging or with missing parts.
Items that arrive faulty are always covered regardless of the above. We do not sell food, cosmetics, perishable or installed goods.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement you want.
8. Cancellations
If you need to cancel before dispatch, email us as soon as possible and we will cancel and refund in full if the order has not yet shipped.
